Based on recommendations from the World Health Organization and the National Sleep Foundation, UP suggests daily goals of 10,000 steps and 7-9 hours of sleep. While these goals are set in the UP App by default, you can easily adjust them based on individual needs and preferences.
To adjust your step, sleep or weight goals:
1. Open the left menu in the UP App then tap Goals.
2. Next, use the slider tool to adjust a specific goal value.
3. When finished, tap the checkmark icon to save your changes.
