The Log Workout feature allows you to provide UP with details of your completed workouts, such as activity type, effort level, and duration. UP uses this information to more accurately estimate the amount of calories burned during both step and non-step based activities.
Logging a Workout
1. From the UP home screen, tap the blue plus sign icon.
2. Next, tap the orange runner icon.
3. Specify activity type, effort level, start time and duration of your workout.
4. Tap the checkmark icon in the upper-right corner to save and log your workout.
